JORDAN PARKER MEANS

Hello there! I’m Jordan, and Diet Deconstructed is my heart. I’ve had a passion for foods and how they work in and for the body since I was a child. And though my formal studies led me in a different direction (through law school), I somehow found my path back to my true purpose. That purpose is to share with as many people as possible that leading a healthier lifestyle is possible through solid nutrition principles that can be maintained for a lifetime. I’ve been been honing my own food and nutrition philosophy for 20 years and have been working with clients as a certified nutritionist to build their own for the last 6 years.

I recognize that the process to building a solid nutrition foundation is a journey that takes time. That’s why I work with clients to build habits and take incremental steps to get there. Once that foundation is build, the path to total wellness truly comes alive.

Beyond nutrition, I am also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with my husband’s gym, By Any Means Fitness. I’m a mom to two little girls, a cat and a dog. I love to salsa dance. I love to hike with my family (dog included), and in my downtime, you can find me watching cooking shows and competition (all types) on Netflix.
